Terms and Conditions at SeekerDNA is a supplier of personal asset and protection products. You as the customer and we as the supplier agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set out under this section and is governed by UK law.

We shall supply through the medium of digital and in person at events. We shall provide instructions on the use of the products. On receipt of payment for the products, we will either supply in person at events, or post the items to you.

You as the customer agree to pay on ordering. Postal deliveries can be sent Next Day, First Class (usually 1 to 3 days) or standard delivery (usually 3-7 days) depending on which delivery method you as the customer selects and pays for at the time of ordering.

SeekerDNA guarantees their products against faulty manufacture, see our Returns and Guarantees section for details.

We at SeekerDNA, our manufacturers, agents and distributors will not accept any liability or responsibility for any loss or damage for any other reason than those that which they are required to do by statute. All reasonable care has been taken to prevent personal injury sustained by any person as a result of the use or possession of our products, whatever the cause or the reason. You, the customer indemnify SeekerDNA against action resulting from the lack of Police or other organisations technology used to prosecute thieves or assailants, including and not limited to physical attacks. You the customer also indemnify SeekerDNA against action resulting from the harm you sustain while using the products, excepting faulty goods. We at SeekerDNA will provide a one off, free of charge replacement of your SeekerDNA Personal Defence Spray on production of a crime number should you have to use the product in a real senario, we are hoping you never have to but it is there if you need it. Our SeekerDNA synthetic DNA specific products are designed to be unique to each product sold.

Our SeekerDNA database is available for private use to upload your marked possessions and the SeekerDNA Personal Defence Spray only. The use of this private log is only permitted by the customer that bought the product. Details on how to access this part of our service is contained in the instructions in each pack.

We at SeekerDNA will provide access to this database in a secure manner. You as the customer agree not to disclose your password to allow others to access your service. We at SeekerDNA will protect this data without a yearly subscription.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at SeekerDNA.

The following products can be returned provided they are in original packaging with their original contents unopened. Seeker DNA Test Your Drink packs can be returned unopened for a full refund provided they are returned in the same condition sent to you.

Due to the bespoke nature of the following products – the SeekerDNA Asset Marking Kit glue and the SeekerDNA Personal Defence Spray, we are not able to accept returns. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. The only exceptions where we will accept a return is a fault, e.g the UV fails to fluoresce.

Money Back Guarantee

If your SeekerDNA Marking glue does not fluoresce under UV light, or you feel there is any other reason that the product is faulty, please email us or phone us for a returns number and authorisation.  Please return the product in its original packaging along with your order confirmation paperwork within 30 days of purchase to:

Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office or similar proof of despatch if using another shipping method.

Upon receipt of the returned product a refund of the product value will be issued to your payment card. Depending on your bank or card issuing authority the refund can take up to three days to show on your statement.


If you have to use your SeekerDNA Personal Defence Spray in the event of a reported attack, please obtain a police crime number and call or email us on the above contact information for a Free of Charge replacement.
